Included in the package:

Delivery and Duration:
   • Transportation fees are chargeable at $40 for all districts
   • Fees will be waived for 50 people and above (For tea time, above $500)
   • Duration Time: 4 hours per function

Terms and Conditions:
   • All payment can be made payable to “IVINS Catering Services” or by cash at our main office (2/4 Jalan Leban)
   • A minimum deposit of 33% of the total bill is required when the contract is signed.
   • All deposits are non-refundable.
   • Changes to the menu or number of people must be made 4 days prior to function. An administrative fee of $20 will be charged for
     additions made thereafter.
   • A 50% surcharge will be imposed for functions canceled 3 days prior to function.
   • The duration for a function is 4 hours. Any delay thereafter is chargeable at $20 per hour. Any delay after 11pm is chargeable at $30 per
     hour.
   • The caterer reserves the rights to cancel the agreement without penalty and notice in the event of breach of contract by clients.
   • If order is less than 5 days, contact sales rep directly.
   • There will be a surcharge of $1.50 per pax during the Christmas season.
