  • Complete buffet table setting with batik theme and floral arrangement. Disposable plastic dining ware (40% extra)

Delivery and Duration

  • Duration time for buffet function: 3 hours per function. Any delay thereafter is chargeable at $20 per hour. An overnight charge of $50 for buffet collection the next morning.
  • Transportation fees for buffet function are chargeable at $40 for all districts except CDB area and Jurong Island ($50 transportation charge) ($60 for Public Holiday). Transportation fee will be waived for 55 people and above.

Terms & Conditions

  • Payment can be made by cash, cheque
    • Cheque payment only applicable for corporate clients. Cheque payments can be made payable to IVINS Catering Services.
    • Cash payment can be made at our corporate office or upon completion of buffet setup.
  • A non- refundable deposit of 33% must be made when the order is confirmed. Alternatively, cash payment can be made once setup is completed on the day of function.
  • Confirmation of function details and menu must be done latest 2 days (exclude Thursday) before the date of function. Changes should be made 2 days prior to date of function (exclude Thursday). An administrative fee of $20 will be chargeable for changes made thereafter.
  • A 50% surcharge will be imposed for functions cancelled 2 days (exclude Thursday) prior to function.
  • The caterer is not held liable for quality of food after 3 hours from the start of the function.
  • The caterer reserves the rights to cancel the agreement without penalty and notice in the event of breach of contract by clients.
